Burrito Masala: A Taste of Two Worlds
An unconventional food cart in an unconventional place. We're all about keeping Portland weird, and what better way than thru our unique food combinations. We're a small team of two, run by husband Prasad Varma and wife Ramona Varma-Hernandez--both James Beard award-winning chefs. Our food cart is located in downtown Portland, OR and specializes in delicious southern Indian (Kerala) and Mexican food mixtures. Our food offerings come wrapped in a giant tortilla or mixed in a bowl for our gluten free diners.
